How soon can I move in?

The Application process takes about 24 hours. It takes about 14 days from Application to Move In and can be expedited. Once move in expenses are collected, lease is signed, utilities turned on, final move in inspection is performed and keys can be handed over.

Background checks are completed on everyone over the age of 18 and make use of on-site cameras and local law enforcement.

Do you rent just the lots?

Yes, the price is determined by the location of the lot. There is a site set up fee for any homes being moved into the community. Homes being brought in must be less than 10 years old.

Kids living at Carriage Mobile go to McKeown Elementary School and Kittatiny Regional HS.

Electric is JCP&L, water is included, the phone company is CenturyLink, and the cable/internet companies are CenturyLink, Optimum, and Planet Networks.
